Each quote request for springs not in the catalogue must indicate the desired springs’ codes and relative quantities.

Prices must be agreed between the Mollificio Modenese and the Customer.
We sell to both businesses and individuals with a regular invoice.
The minimum amount that can be invoiced for springs in the catalogue is € 60.00+IVA.

Orders can be started following the customer’s acceptance of the proposed quote by Mollificio Modenese.

Each order must specify the quantity and all other information needed to make the product, as well as the delivery date.

For amounts less than EUR 150.00, payment is due on receipt of goods or COD. For amounts exceeding EUR 150.00, different sales conditions can be agreed (in writing).

The goods always travel for and at the risk of the buyer. Shipping costs are charged to the customer; shipments are always carriage forward. The Customer may choose their own carrier.
If the customer does not indicate a courier, Mollificio Modenese will ship using their own forwarder and charge the cost in the invoice.

Return of defective materials are only accepted after prior notification to and consent of Mollificio Modenese within 60 days following delivery of goods.
Mollificio Modenese is not responsible for the improper installation or use of the material delivered. Any inaccuracies in the quantities must be communicated immediately to Mollificio Modenese upon receipt of goods indicating the shipment’s details.
